What payment methods do you accept?
99% of our customers use Paypal. Even without a Paypal account customers can send a Visa or Mastercard payment through Paypal's payment system. Simply press the BUY NOW button, fill in the delivery information for us, at which point you'll be forwarded to Paypal's secure site for payment details. Other than Paypal we occasionally receive Western Union payments, bank transfers, and Moneybooker payments. Contact us directly via E-mail or MSN Messenger for further details on how to pay with these alternate methods.Why do you require a phone number?
Due to the high amount of online fraud we oftentimes will telephone up first time customers to verify their order. This helps to assure the transaction is a legitimate purchase, as opposed to a fraudulent purchase using a hacked Paypal account or stolen credit card. We only phone you up during the hours you mention with your purchase, or if we see your character logged in game. And we always respect your privacy, never giving out or selling your information to any 3rd parties.
When can I expect delivery of credits purchased?
We're available every day for around-the-clock delivery. Most deliveries occur within 30 minutes of purchase, especially if you're a repeat customer. For various reasons deliveries can sometimes take longer, such as server outages, or problems contacting buyers via phone or e-mail. Just remain patient and go about your business in AO and we will contact you soon enough.
When can I expect delivery of account purchased?
We allow people to list their accounts on our site free of charge, and without first providing us their username and password (for their security). What this means is after we sell an account, there can be a delay of up to a couple of days while we get in contact with the seller to inform them that their account is sold and to get the account information from them. Sometimes there is no delay if we're able to contact the seller immediately. Sometimes a seller is unreachable for several days. We estimate on average a day or two delay to get the account information forwarded to the buyer.
Typically we don't sell items. We tend to convert items to credits and just focus on selling credits. If a specific item is needed it's probably simpler anyways to just buy some credits and hunt the item out yourself, at your preferred price. That said, we like to help our customers in any way we can. If a specific item is needed and we can agree on a credit value, we don't mind hunting the item out and delivering that instead of credits. Just ask!

No! In our 5+ years of dealing in AO credits we've never had a single report from any customers complaing of being banned. It's simply not a problem or anything to be concerned about. Enough said.

What payment methods do you issue payments in?
Paypal is preferred, being the easiest and fastest payment method. We also issue payments via Moneybookers and Western Union.
When can I expect payment for credits supplied?
Our Sell Page contains information about how long to expect to wait before we sell your credits. But upon getting your credits sold you can expect a payment in less than 24 hours if using Paypal. Other payment methods may take up to a couple of days.
Do you purchase credits or accounts directly?
Accounts, no. But in some cases we do purchase credits directly. If we're severely understocked or backed up on orders we'll be willing to purchase on the spot. Usually we're fairly well supplied and working through our queued supply as described on our Sell Page, in which case we only purchase immediately when a seller makes a super deal that we just can't pass up. Yes. As the game changes occasionally certain credit-earning methods are rendered obsolete. We try to make regular updates so the guide doesn't become outdated. If you've purchased older versions of the guide feel free to email us requesting an updated version, free of charge!
